Trans & Law was founded in 2003 in Leipzig by lawyer, Isabel Fernández de Castillejo. We are a law firm with an affiliated translation agency. The main focus of our legal activities is on the following areas:
– Family law, especially regarding child abduction cases (HKÜ cases)
– Inheritance law
– Private international law, especially international family law and law of succession
– Immigration and Residence law
– Asylum law
